With due respect I on behalf of the students of your school inform you that our common room is lack of all modern facilities. There are no electric fans in the room. Moreover, very few sitting arrangements are available here. We also badly need pure drinking water in the common room.

In the circumstances, I hope that you would be kind enough to increase the common room facilities as soon as possible.
