With due respect I on behalf of all the students want to draw your attention that we badly need a hall room. You know that we have to arrange our seminars, meetings and cultural functions in nearby college hall room. It causes troubles for us. So, we are badly in need of a hall room in our school.

In the circumstances, I hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a hall room in our school as early as possible.
