Subject: An application  for taking necessary steps for the uncovered dustbin.

Sir,

We, the inhabitants of Sabujpara under Sadar Thana, want to say that one year ago a dustbin has been set to keep the wastages of house. All of us of our locality were using it very responsibly and carefully. It was playing an important role keeping our locality clean and dirt free. As a result, there was no unpleasant odour in our locality.  But for some days ago, the cover of the Dustbin has not been seen.  The crows and other birds are spreading the wastages here and there. As a result unpleasant smell is spreading everywhere. We cannot breathe normally. The the environment of our locality has become uninhabitable. So to live in this locality, your help is a must. We request you to set up a new dustbin with its cover otherwise it is quite impossible for us to live here.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a new dustbin with its cover and oblige thereby.
