AN EXCITING CRICKET MATCH I WITNESSED.

Cricket is an international game. It goes by the name of royal game of the games. Today cricket is the most popular and interesting game  all over the world. I am very fond of playing and witnessing cricket match.

Last month, I had an opportunity to enjoy an international one day cricket match. It was played between the two eternal rivals, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It was a One Day Cricket Match. The match was held on ....  in the Mirpur National Cricket Stadium of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was accompanied by my bosom friend, Debashis. We somehow managed two tickets and were eagerly waiting for the much-looked for day to come.

The stadium was packed to its capacity with cricket fans. The match started with the toss winning by Indian Cricket Team. Indian Team decided to bat first.

Bangladesh got a good start with ............... and             giving it a strong position. But the team lost three wickets within only three over’s, which put Bangladeshi  team into a difficult position. It once appeared that the match was going to end soon. But              and              did well to bring the team back to a good position. Bangladesh  ended the innings at 270.

The Pakistani team failed to give a good start. It lost its three wickets within ten over’s. But            made a good score. Then the middle order batsmen performed well which helped Pakistan to gain a challenging position. But due to tactful fielding and bowling of the Bangladeshi  team, the Pakistani team could not save the match and their innings ended at 152 with all the batsmen out and eight balls to spare.

Thus Bangladesh  won the trophy and ------- was deservingly declared the ‘Man of the Match’.
There were celebrations all around. It appeared that it was the occasion of some festivals to them . I went back home with the hilling memories of the memorable match because I went  there with the hope of victory.  In my life, I will never forget the very Match between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
