Subject: Prayer for relief goods for the flood affected people.

Sir, 

We, the inhabitants of Kundapukur Union under Nilphamari District, have the honour to state that a recent flood  has brought about a great suffering  to our locality. Many people have become homeless and shelterless. They are leading dogs life. Many of them have taken shelter on rooftops, boats and embankments. They have been affected by water born diseases like cholera, dysentery, typhoid, diarrhoea etc. These diseases have broken out in an epidemic form. The flood has taken away some valuable lives. The damage of the crops is huge. So, more relief goods are badly needed for them.  

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to arrange sufficient relief goods for the affected people to lessen their sufferings and oblige thereby.
