Tree plantation/Afforestation
****. Write a paragraph about 'Tree plantation' by answering the following questions. a) What is tree plantation? b) What does it provide us? c) Why is it important? d) Why is it in threat? e) How can we succeed the programme? f) What is proper time to plant trees?
Trees are one of the gracious gifts of nature. Tree plantation means afforestation or planting trees more and more. This is a programme taken by the government to save environment from deforestation. Trees are very useful and necessary for the ecological balance. They are the vast source of medicines to heal us from diseases. They give us oxygen without which we can not survive. They are also a great source of food, vitamins and furniture. But the important aspect of environment is destroying by the unwise acts of the people. Cutting down of trees indiscriminately leads to desertion. We should plant more and more trees to maintain a harmony between men and nature and also to save our environment. June and July are the proper time for tree plantation. Tree plantation week is observed every year around the country. Trees can be planted on the banks of ponds, rivers, by the sides of the roads and highways. The government and the public should work together to materialize tree plantation programme. It is true that more we plant trees; the more we do good to us.

Empowerment of women in Bangladesh ( Composition )

Empowerment stands for the progress of giving ability or ability to the powerless. And empowerment of women indicates progresses which helps women get the nick of duration to tag the workforce and admit or bestow (as a parcel out) to the parents and pl of child gains and ability of impelling or directing the parents and pl of child and civilized adjusted to facts concerns.

In the past women were confined within the four walls. They were kept away from out-of open space of home fecund act. The fireplace was their workplace and so cooking, cleaning, bathing, giving arrival into life and rearing pl of chit become their jobs. Men become the pledge earners and all other responsibilities were imposed on them. In Bangladesh the women are still lagging behind.

Many reasons act behind the needy luxuriant of women in Bangladesh. More than half of our women do not be delighted with liberty. Throughout their life they be pendulous on men. Actually women’s empowerment is unfeasible without their house liberty.

Women are the get the better of sufferers in Bangladesh. Obstinacy and filial dogmas are belittling their open space and glory. The arrival into life of a maid battling in a needy parents and pl of child is not regarded as gainful. Parents think that the arrival into life of a maid battling will add to their sufferings. Very often they do not think of sending her to high-school. They are nuptial off in their soft platform of life. In her in-laws open space of abode she is not treated well and she is often tortured and mistreated by her nuptial body and others for gift.

In social fellow-feeling, women are no less ponderous than men. About half of our perfect peopling is women. So it cannot be denied that they too have a inscription to very same in measure or value rights and duties as men. They also have bent and if they get nick of duration, they can also act like men. That is why anxiety off a half of its perfect peopling; no nation can make the ideally real progress. So, women empowerment is a must.

Women’s put in pledge has changed greatly during the last few decades. At near women are playing ponderous roles in all spheres of life. They have come out of the four walls and are laboring prize and fingers in prize and fingers with men in all spheres of act. Particular steps should be taken for the empowerment of women. We should make our women accomplished of the thing done that they have the potentiality to take a part in the occupier of a house disentanglement of the division. They should be made self-trusting by imparting to them particular sense and citation. Our civilized prejudices regarding the girls must be changed.

We can say that if we want to keep pace with the chivalric of the new millennium, the partaking of both men and women in all disentanglement acts must be ensured.

It also stands for the achievement earned by the martyred freedom fighters for the independence of our mother land. The greatest significance of the memorial lies in the fact that the tyranny of the oppressors does not last long.

As regards the new place, always move here and there to observe the behaviour of the people and try to mix and exchange views with them. Beginners of foreign language always meet difficulties from the outset. For me, I had to overcome these problems when I started learning English.

For example the letter “a” in “bath” is not pronounced in the same way of that in “bathe”. The “ou” in “South” is also different from “ou” in “Southern”. Generally verbs and nouns are pronounced differently although they are written the same. Record is a good example to illustrate it.

In order to solve this puzzling question I carefully study The A.P.A (The International Phonetic Alphabets) which helps me pronounce English words correctly.

In order to have an accent just like the native speakers, I often listen to tapes and repeat after them, trying to imitate them. Moreover, my everyday conversation with the foreigners I meet in the street will enable me to acquire a proper accent.

Compared with French, English grammar is much easier. However, this does not mean that learners meet no difficulties in learning it. It took me a long time to learn how to master the tenses in English grammar, to endeavor to do as many grammar exercises as possible and read various grammar books.

In writing English, English language has its own style. In order to drill writing skills, I have tried to read famous novels of distinguished America and English writers. I enjoy the humorous style of writing in Mark Twain’s masterpieces, the elaborate and polished style of George Eliot and the sentimental and lyrical style of John Keats.

After long and hard years of English study, how pleased I feel when I am able to read English and American authors without any obstacles and difficulties at all.
